Welcome to the Ilmenau Photo Basics Summer. The course is designed to take away participants' fear of manual or semi-manual photography. The first priority is to teach the basics. Once the terms such as aperture, time and ISO have been mastered, there will be enough time to devote to one or the other individual topic. In addition to technical details, topics such as image composition and composition will also be covered. The course is aimed at all digital photographers who want to refresh or build on their basics.
The course takes place in the ambience of the former porcelain factory Oscar Schlegelmich, now the Kulturfabrik Ilmenau.
The course consists of 4 dates, each Thursday from 04 August to 25 August from 17:00 - 19:30.

Required for the course: A digital camera (equipped), if necessary an interchangeable lens, flash, tripod.

The course is led by Robert Wiedemann. He has been a freelance photographer since 2012. Initially, Robert Wiedemann dedicated himself to landscape photography, publishing his images in several regional print formats and national online formats. Today, he has added people and product photography to his portfolio.
